    Kaylee is part of the heart behind the hospitality at Northbridge Event Center. She supports events from preparation through the final moments of the night, bringing a calm and thoughtful presence that helps celebrations unfold with ease.

    With experience in guest services, event coordination support, and creative assistance, Kaylee understands both the visible moments and the behind the scenes details that make a wedding day feel seamless. She is known for her clear communication, strong organization, and willingness to step in wherever support is needed.

    As a 2026 bride, Kaylee walks this season alongside the couples she serves. She understands the emotions and excitement that come with planning a wedding and brings genuine empathy into every celebration. Her favorite wedding day moment is the father daughter dance which may bring a tear or two, and at the heart of her work is a love for serving others and helping people feel truly cared for.

    Event Coordinator

    Delaney is part of the Northbridge Event Center team, supporting weddings from early preparation through the final moments of the day. Originally from the Des Moines area, she is finishing her degree in Event Management at Iowa State University with a focus on weddings and nonprofit events, bringing both knowledge and hands on experience into every celebration she serves.

    She enjoys walking alongside couples throughout the planning process, helping guests feel welcomed, keeping vendors connected, and ensuring each event flows smoothly. Known for her calm presence and thoughtful communication, Delaney approaches every wedding with care, organization, and a genuine desire to support both couples and the team.

    Rob Cramer

    Community Director

    Rob is the Community Director at Northbridge Event Center and plays an active role in supporting weddings from setup through the final moments of the day. He works closely with couples, vendors, and the Northbridge team to help each celebration run smoothly, offering a steady and reassuring presence throughout the event experience.

    Rob loves building connections with couples and also with the broader community, believing that meaningful celebrations are rooted in relationships and trust. He is actively involved with local Chambers of Commerce and enjoys creating partnerships that strengthen connections between Northbridge and the surrounding community. His approach is hands on, welcoming, and focused on helping people feel comfortable, supported, and confident as their day unfolds.
