What is the cost?

Pricing depends on the type of event and the day of the week. We’d love to learn more about your plans—reach out anytime and we’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your needs.

Can we use our own catering?

Yes! We work with a trusted list of recommended caterers, but you're welcome to bring in your own approved vendor with prior notice. We’ll help make the process easy and seamless.

What is your alcohol policy?

We partner exclusively with Top It Off, our licensed liquid caterer, to handle all alcohol service safely and professionally.

What’s included with the rental?

Your rental includes access to our indoor and/or outdoor event spaces, tables, chairs, select décor pieces, and full setup and cleanup—so you can enjoy your day without the stress. You’re welcome to arrive as early as 9:00 AM, and per city code, all music must end by 11:00 PM to ensure we stay in harmony with our community.

What rooms do you have?

We offer a beautifully designed bridal suite and a comfortable groom’s lounge, both with private ensuite bathrooms—giving you space to relax, get ready, and soak in the moment. We also have a cozy nursery room equipped with a changing table, so families feel right at home.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as soon as you’ve made a decision. While we’re newer and may have openings on shorter notice, many dates are already booking into next year and beyond.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, we do require a refundable security deposit for weddings and certain other special events. As long as everything is left in good shape, that deposit will be returned to you. It’s just our way of making sure the space stays beautiful for everyone.

Is booking deposit required?

Yes, we do require a deposit to secure your date—but no worries, it goes toward your total cost. It’s just our way of making sure your spot is officially saved!

What is the capacity?

Our space can comfortably accommodate around 400 guests in row seating, or up to 300 with tables for a seated meal—plenty of room for weddings, banquets, and all kinds of celebrations.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our venue is fully ADA-compliant with accessible entrances, restrooms, and thoughtful design to welcome all guests comfortably.
